The reason I jump: One boy’s voice from the silence of Autism by Naoki Higashida, with an introduction by David Mitchell. This is an extraordinary book, written by a 13-year-old autistic boy, and challenges popular preconceptions of the condition. It is by turns heart wrenching and heartening – a valuable insight for all of us.
